 Ramsta Product Warranty Policy


1.Warranty statement

Thank you for purchasing the products of the Ramsta brand (hereinafter referred to as 'products'). We appreciate your patronage and are always ready to provide you with the best quality service.

Before using the products provided by Rui Shi International Co., Ltd., please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

By using this product, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Ramsta Product Warranty Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use this product.


2.  Disclaimer

(1)Ramsta International only provides warranty service for this product and does not provide assistance or backup services for any data stored in the product.

(2)To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any loss or damage caused by or in connection with the use of our products, loss of expected costs, loss of data, or other indirect, accidental or derivative losses or damages, Ramsta International will not be vested in any Liability.

(3)Ramsta International's products are designed for non-high-safety applications. We recommend that you do not use our products for life-sustaining equipment or other equipment that may cause personal injury or death due to defects or malfunctions of the product, including but not limited to Medical or related equipment, military or related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control systems, nuclear power equipment. If the Company's products are used in such applications, the Company will not be liable for any personal injury or death and any loss arising from this application.

(4)For the bad or damaged products and the loss of data caused by any factors in the process of logistics delivery, both parties must promptly give feedback to the other party within two days after receiving the goods, in order to facilitate the next work.


3. Warranty

Ramsta International warrants that all products will be serviced or replaced in the form of repairs or replacements of the same grade in the event of material or functional defects and failures during the warranty period.


4. Limited warranty

The scope of this warranty does not cover damage caused by unnatural or external factors. Ramsta International is not liable for any damage, loss or loss of indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The product does not apply to the Ramsta product warranty if any of the following conditions occur:

(1)When a failure occurs due to natural disasters, human improper operations, etc.

(2)When the product exceeds the warranty period;

(3)When the product is disassembled, repaired or damaged;

(4)When the product model label or tamper label is changed, missing or damaged;

(5)If the serial number of the product does not match or the serial number is damaged or unclear;

(6)When the product is used in an abnormal environment, causing damage, corrosion, or rust;

(7)Damage caused by failure to use, maintain or keep in accordance with the requirements of the product specification regulations;

(8)Damage caused by poor transportation and other force majeure;


5. Man-made damage is not warranted

5.1 If the following phenomenon occurs in the memory module product, it is considered as human damage and is not guaranteed:

(1) When the memory stick is damaged due to scratches, scratches, breaks, abrasion, burning, falling off, patina/oxidation, etc.;

(2) When the memory module is damaged due to missing, dropped or damaged IC;

(3) When the memory board is damaged due to scratches, scratches, breaks, bends, corners, patina/oxidation, and peeling off of the PCB;

(4) When the memory is damaged due to deformation, bending, breaking, demolishing, etc. of the vest;

(5) Where the type label is changed, missing or damaged;

(6) Where the tamper-evident label is torn, missing or damaged;

(7) When the product serial number appears to be inconsistent, damaged or unclear;

(8) Any time when it is subject to self-repair, alteration, etc.


5.2 Solid-state drive (SSD) products are subject to human damage and are not warranted:

(1) When the product has been shipped from the factory for more than 3 years;

(2) Warranty when the hard disk itself is sunken, protruding, bent, broken, etc.;

(3) When the outer casing is damaged, sunken, scratched, worn or the like;

(4) Where the SATA connector is damaged, broken, bent, etc.;

(5) When the SSD is damaged due to scratches, scratches, breakage, abrasion, burning, falling off, patina/oxidation, etc.;

(6) When the SSD is damaged due to the occurrence of missing, falling or damaged IC;

(7) When the SSD is damaged due to scratches, scratches, breaks, bends, corners, patina/oxidation, and peeling off of the PCB;

(8) Where the model label is changed, missing or damaged;

(9) Where the tamper-evident label is torn, missing or damaged;

(10) Where the product serial number is inconsistent, damaged or unclear;

(11) Any time when it is subject to self-repair, alteration, etc.


6. Warranty period

Under the premise of complying with the conditions set out in this agreement, the company will provide a limited free warranty service for three years from the date of shipment.

Under the premise of complying with the conditions listed in this agreement, Rams will provide replacement and lifetime warranty service within 3 years from the date of shipment.

For the products repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the warranty period is calculated based on the original warranty period.

The warranty service may require you to provide proof of purchase.


7. How to pay

During the effective warranty period, the user may deliver the products that need to be insured to the respective dealers in accordance with the terms and conditions of this warranty policy, and the dealers shall return to the factory for warranty service.


8. Other considerations

(1) For products with storage function, please back up the original data in the product before sending it for repair. Rui Shi International does not guarantee the integrity of the information during the maintenance process;

(2) The repair of some products is carried out by means of spare parts replacement, so the products after repair may not be the original repair products;

(3) Due to the rapid replacement of the product, if the product is discontinued or the original factory is no longer repaired, Rui Shi International will replace it with the same grade “alternative”. Please refer to the official website of Ruishi International for the latest warranty information.

(4) Rui Shi International does not provide services for the exchange of different capacity products and the specified particle cycle;

(5) All accessories (packages, instructions, drives, protective covers, USB cables, brackets, gifts, etc.) of Ruishi International are not guaranteed;
